This is an extraordinary how-to "life plan" book for anyone who is truly serious about getting his/her diet and exercise program on track. It delivers! Both the recipes and philosopy behind it appear to be solid...and I am proof, having reduced my overall cholesterol by 55 points in just 60 days, while losing 15 pounds in the bargain! I was so impressed by the approach that I bought several more books as gifts for my friends who began to notice my transformation. They also rave about it now. A true needle in a haystack of hype.
Perhaps the only [minor] criticism would be the index. It is not advanced enough, omitting cross references for ingredients, key words, and alternate titles to info.
