    ATK has taken Cooking to a Slower,more Reverential Style.While the "Test Kitchen" remains,A New Attitude of Older Recipes Updated Shines Through.Christopher Kimball,Julia Collin~Davidson and Bridget Lancaster All appear here.As well,Jack Bishop and Eric to "Test" Foods&Kitchen Equipment. All with Aplomb. The"Neighbour" coming by with a "Worn~Out" Disaster is a nice "Tone" for a long ago custom of helping each other out.Along the Way,We All Learn New Found "Tricks" to keep Crust crispy. Sweet Potatoes from too much liquid and Tender Grilled Foods that beg to "fire~up" Your Grill. A simple recipe for "Black~Out Cake" and Best Ever Mashed Potatoes using a 'flufflier' Spud.
