I Love this book. I have a 4yr that only likes chicken nuggets and mash potatoes. And a 12mnth old that is just starting to eat regular food. I find it is very easy just to pull out the puree food and put a spoon full in what ever you are making. I tried the French toast with Carrots I could not tell the carrots had been added. I definitely recommend this book.
