New York: George D. Sproul, 1899. The Connoisseurs Edition, number 37 of only 45 numbered copies signed by the Sproul, Porter & Clarke. Two volumes have very minor repair at spine ends but otherwise a fine set in a superior binding, with largely unopened pages.
