Martin covers so many issues regarding women and eating disorders. She analyzes the psychological, emotional, internal, and sociological factors that lead women towards eating disorders. Martin also presents the readers with the lives of real women and their conflicts with eating disorders. Martin's style of writing presents you with so much information in a way that is easy to read and understand. I would definitely recommend this book.
