 | Brian Elliott, President and Chief Executive Officer
Brian is responsible for the strategic direction, performance, and team management at Alibris. Brian has previously been Alibris's COO and led its sales and marketing functions. Prior to Alibris, Brian worked with consumer products and retail companies for eight years with the Boston Consulting Group, focusing on e-commerce opportunities, growth strategies, and partnerships. Jeanie Bunker, Vice President, Marketing
Jeanie is responsible for leading the Marketing teams at Alibris. She has 15
years of experience in consumer and business segment marketing with Internet
and financial-services companies. Prior to joining Alibris, Jeanie served as the
SVP of Online Advertising and Customer Value Management for the Internet
Services Group of Wells Fargo. Previously, she served as the VP of Global
Direct Marketing at Yahoo!, head of marketing channel execution at E*TRADE
Financial, and SVP of database marketing and market research at Bank of
America. Jeanie has a B.A. from Colorado College and an M.S. from Georgetown

 |  | Mariah DeLeon (formerly Peggy DeLeon), VP, Employee, Human Resources and Community RelationsMariah is responsible for the care of our people and our community. She has worked in the human resources field in high-tech firms in Silicon Valley for the past 15 years. Prior to joining Alibris, Mariah served as VP of HR at Red Brick Systems and previously as VP of HR at Spectrum HoloByte. Mariah also developed the West Coast HR presence and infrastructure for KnowledgeWare. She began her high-tech HR career at Ingres. Mariah holds a BS in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco. |  |  | Liz Derr, Chief Operating Officer
Liz is responsible for software development, technical operations, business
partnership management, and customer services at Alibris. Liz has previously
been Alibris's VP of Engineering, and has more than 20 years of experience in a
broad range of phases and types of software development. Prior to joining
Alibris, she was founder and VP of Engineering for MiaVia, a spam filtering
company. Previously, she served as VP of Engineering at Egreetings, held
senior software development management positions at Autodesk and Informix, and
began her career as a software developer for Amdahl. She holds a BSE in
Computer Science Engineering from the University of Florida.

 |  | Richard Hewitt, Chief Financial Officer Richard is responsible for the finance and accounting operations at Alibris. Previously, Richard was Director of Finance at Signatures Network, a global music merchandising and ecommerce company based in San Francisco, where he managed the forecasting, accounting and reporting functions for the business. He has over 12 years experience in financial, legal and accounting matters and began his career as an auditor in the UK. Richard is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from King's College, London. |
 |  | Mark Nason, VP, OperationsMark manages procurement, global product distribution, cataloging, and fulfillment. Before Alibris, Mark created and ran an independent operations consulting practice based in Reno, Nevada, specializing in all aspects of logistics design and shipping with a strong financial management focus. Prior to that, he was with United Parcel Service for 15 years and held a variety of logistics and financial management positions, including responsibility for designing and managing a new regional distribution center. Mark earned an MBA in logistics and finance with academic honors from the University of Nevada. |  |  | Dr. Richard M. Weatherford, FounderDick is a leading writer, speaker, and consultant on the computerization of the out-of-print book trade with over 27 years in the industry. He has owned and operated out-of-print and antiquarian book businesses and was a partner in Seattle's largest antiquarian bookstore. In 1993, he created an electronic marketplace for books and in 1994 launched Interloc, the predecessor to Alibris. Weatherford holds a Ph.D. from UCLA and taught at the university level for 15 years. |
