Great Area-Specific Workout
I'm on my second round of the 30 Day Shred and decided that I needed something a little tougher. Since the 30DS is a 20-minute total body workout, I thought Jackie's 20-minute area specific (upper, lower and core) workouts would be the best next step to take. I love the upper-body routine- my arms are looking so toned! This video concentrates on low weight/ high rep lifting so you don't bulk up, you tone up. You do each exercise for about a minute so each 20-minute workout just flies by! Great workout!
