Great vegan health guide!

This is a very well-written and informative book for people interested in pursuing a vegan lifestyle; it talks about the health benefits of eating a plant-based diet, citing studies by well-known experts in the field of medicine & health, who've learned to incorporate a plant-based diet & healthy lifestyle into helping treat their patients, and as a result have had amazing results in halting or even reversing some serious health conditions, such as diabetes & heart disease!
