Armed with valid information, we, who choose to, can make small, gradual changes in our "food" lives that will make a change for the better and thus give us the vehicle (our body) in which our spirits can soar! There is no book that I've ever encountered (in the 59 years of my earthly journey) which has done more for my physical self. The improvement to my physical self is leading me to take my spirit to new heights! Invest in yourself by getting and actually READING this marvelous myth-busting book . Then, little by little, put it to practical use and make it oh, so much better! (every day you will have more and more energy and motivation to do so!)

Complete, thorough plan for weight loss/detox
This book is one of the only books I have ever read (and I've read lots of them) on weight loss that is so well written and thorough in its delivery of facts that I couldn't put it down. I got started on the program as soon as I had the ingredients to start. I appreciated all of the information and scientific background to help me understand how my body works. I did the detox and then just kept eating well after that and I exercise and continue to lose weight. It is well worth the price and advice to purchase this book. DSR

The data and prescription the author provides are far from simple, and results, if attained, are not automatic.
