Excellent review of the problems we all face in confronting an abused or misused back. The description are clear and concise. The exercises proposed for saving your "aching back" are clearly spelled out and relatively easy to do. We all spend too much time in the MDs' office attempting to cure our back problems with magical medications! This text makes it clear that an alternative route is to strengthen our back muscles through exercises we take responsibility for.

I had a serious back injury 3 monthes ago. I had severe sciatic pain and muscle spasms due to herniated L-4, L-5 S1. My Dr. reviewed the MRI and referred me to physical therapy and a orthopaedic surgeon. He said I could have epideural injections also to relieve the pain. Thankfully a PA referred me to this book, and I followed the exercises religiously, doing the repetitions several times daily. Last week I was able to go on a moderate hike and even jog part of the way. I'm about 95% pain free now! Of course, I know that God healed my back in response to prayers and I praise him for his healing touch, but I also know that God uses people like Robin McKenzie to help us do our part to recover and know how to maintain wellness.

Eliminate Back Pain Today!
This book was written by a physician in plain language to help his patients AVOID surgery. I was referred to this book over 10 years ago by a Homeo-Pathic physician after months of the standard treatments. I found relief by following the exercises within hours. Your situation is probably different, but I have found the exercises simple to use and incorporate in my life.
I am pain free 98% of the time and if I do strain the back or neck, there are specific things I can do to get relief. I have reccomended this book to hundreds of people and know of over 50 who swear by the process's.
