Good. 8vo-over 7¾"-9¾" tall. Light green cloth, decorated in gilt and black. Tanned along edges and spine panel. Cloth flecked, with surface rubbing. Interior quite toned but otherwise intact. 584 pp. Undated, but appears to be circa 1910.

Very Good. 584 pages, illustrated with b&w engravings, black and white frontis with tissue guard. Floral endpapers, all edges gilt, binding is firm. Padded alligator binding is tan with gold lettering on the front and spine. The spine has sunned. The only marking within is on the title page, which has a stamp that indicates that the Union Publishing House in Chicago is looking for agents. (possibly a salesman's sample).
Good in Very Good jacket. Good in very good dust jacket. G++ pages are all vg beautiful soft tan leather w/ a tan floral design and gold and black bands gold edges all around no date but from late 19th century.
