The Robert Graves translation of the Rubaiyyat is outstanding. The usual edition of this masterpiece is translated by Fitzgerald. The Fitzgeral translation is beautiful however the Graves translation is sublime. If you are a fan of the Sufi tradition, then you will enjoy forever the Graves treatment of this sufi classic. I am honored to have this book in my library.
