Vallee postulates here for the first time that these phenomena are a kind of human consciousness `control system'. Vallee neither sensationalizes the subject nor dismisses as nonsense. He proposes that the phenomenon is neither mass hypnosis nor little green men-but something even more dramatic, arguing that UFO's represent an entirely different order of reality-a "psychic reality". 216 pages.
