A turnaround book and portfolio, with the 48-page book on one side and the 20-plate portfolio on the other. "The Women of Dresden" features sculptures and "45" features 20 panels done between June and September 1989, arranged and folded together like an accordian. With an essay by Thomas McEvilley. A nice showcase to the diversity of Baselitz's talents.

The catalogs are presented back to back in a yellow 12" x 10" folder with a ribbon tie. Tiny chip to the bottom of the spine panel otherwise near fine, and uncommon. Laid in is a recent two page press release for a show of his drawings that was held at the Gagosian Gallery.
