I have been practicing lucid dreaming for the last 10 years or so. Over the years I have come up with many questions through some of the bizarre and fantastic experiences that I have had through conscious dreaming. Although I have read numerous books on the subject, none of them have ever satisfied the more difficult, subtle-mechanism kinds of questions that arise. That is, until I read this book. It floored me with it's concise explanations of areas that I have been struggling with for years.
I wouldn't say that it is geared toward the novice, but if you have a strong will and determination to achieve what is spoken of in this book, success will certainly be found through repetition of the outlined practices.
So, my ultimate suggestion for this book is this: If you have been experiencing and exploring lucid dreams for some time and feel like there are questions that you need answered pertaining to the dynamics of dreaming, or you need to find a way to further incorporate lucid dreaming into your spiritual practice, or simply as a book to offer barrier-shattering advice as to exercises to perform while lucid, look no further. This is the book.
