I really appreciate the opportunity to read this Book at not only a price that was affordable for me, but it was the best and smallest investment I could have made that truly changed my ways of thinking. May this author continue to flourish and all that he has done to help others. Please read this book as part of interest if you need a life change. Thank you Alibris and Thank God for Deepak Chopra

Deepak Chopra is obviously a highly intelligent man. I like the way he involved both Eastern and Western religious views in his books. I would recommed this book to anyone with an open mind.

This i s a must read for believers and non-believers. You will be enlighted.
This book is a MUST READ for anyone searching for the meaning of life, it has become my bible, I always carry a copy with me, and usually end up giving it away to someone I feel could really benefit from it, and then I buy another one, and carry that one with me at all times as well until i find someone who could use this mans wise words of wisdom. When I first read this book, I did so reluctantly, It was given to me by my boss because I had won a contest at work, I procrastinated reading it because I had a preconceived notion that it was a guru type book and might be "too deep"- boy was i wrong! I never read a book so inspiring in my entire 39 years of life! Deepak Chopra breaks it down and explains what life is really all about, and how us, as human beings can learn to think positively and be aware of our thoughts, and in control of them, because you're not what you think you are, but what YOU THINK-...YOU ARE. Literally. Like the saying goes, "You are what you eat", well, what we think, we actually become, and this book taught me so much about what I need to be thinking about. Too many negative thoughts can produce a boomerang affect , hence inviting negativity into your life without even realizing it. This is a very small book, which can be read in just a few hours, I myself could not put it down, and I read it quickly. I immediatley read it again, because I had gotten so much out of it the first time, and just like a movie, if you watch it again, you always see something in it you didn't catch the first time, ...I have read this book about 5 times now, and will continue to read it just as one does a bible, and everytime i happen to give my copy away, I will always buy a new one because this is a book any human being should not be without!
