The Book is in great shape and came immediately. I have no complaints. I plan to begin after the New Year. No reason setting myself up for disasterr from the start.

The Best Diet in the World !!!!
I have been on this diet for 11 days now...have lost 10 lbs !!!...it is the easiest and best diet I have ever tried. There are 4 different cycles to this diet, each one lasting for 17 days, except cycle 4 which is called Arrive, because you will have arrived at your goal weight (or maybe even sooner)...but if you have more weight to loose, you choose one of the previous cycles and do it again until goal weight is achieved. I can see myself doing this type of diet for life. In fact, the author states in the book that "You will always be on some kind of diet. You will not be able to return to your former eating habits and keep the weight off, because those very habits created the weight in the first place".
