This book of theology will surprise you with some of the author's views. I did not, and you may not, agree with all of his interpretations of certain scripture nor their applications.
You will not be bored but challenged. And you get a good workout in searching the scriptures.
Blessings to you,

Excellent and eye-opening
This is a really excellent book from a world-renown and respected author, not to mention a highly respected theologian. Even though I was raised in the church and have been active in my church for many, many years including many Bible studies, this book has opened the scripture to me in new ways. I have learned so much about early Christian beliefs and why they are the core of what we should be teaching in the church today. Read it. Study it. You will love it.
