Good in Fair jacket. Hardcover Book is a second edition based on the earlier book, Mineral Equilibria, written by Dr. Garrels and published in 1960 in the Harper's Geoscience Series. Dustjacket has moderate shelfwear in the usual places with a 3 inch section missing from the spine and a 1 inch tear along the top of the front cover and a red ink marking on the back cover. Binding is tight. Spine has tape remnant. Textblock is tight. Previous owner's stamp and/or name on first end page, half title page and textblock edge. Textblock is otherwise unmarked.
