For those of you who write in a field of scholarship, historical perspective becomes harder to find because book are out of print. Thanks to the Alibiris service, I was able to find this wonderful 3 volume series of articles written by jurists at and before the turn of thecentury. It provided a very authentic viewpoint that I was able to add to the article and demonstrate the development of ideas with articles rather than just mere speculation or anectodal research. The volumes are really of interest to anyone in the field of jurisprudence.
