A dangerous, homeless drifter who grew up picking cotton in virtual slavery. An upscale art dealer accustomed to the world of Armani and Chanel. A gutsy woman with a stubborn dream. A story so incredible no novelist would dare dream it. It begins outside a burning plantation hut in Louisiana?and an East Texas honky-tonk?and, without a doubt, in the heart of God. It unfolds in a Hollywood hacienda?an upscale New York gallery?a downtown dumpster?a Texas ranch. Gritty with pain and betrayal and brutality, this true story also shines with an unexpected, life-changing love.
Good. Book has a slight bend to it. The cover has some scuffs and wear around the edges. The cover has curled corners. Small corner bumps. The pages show normal wear and tear. Fast Shipping-Safe and Secure Mailer-Satisfaction Guaranteed!
Acceptable. A book with obvious wear. May have some damage to the cover or binding but integrity is still intact. There might be writing in the margins, possibly underlining and highlighting of text, but no missing pages or anything that would compromise the legibility or understanding of the text.
Good. Connecting readers with great books since 1972. Used books may not include companion materials, some shelf wear, may contain highlighting/notes, and may not include cd-rom or access codes. Customer service is our top priority!

This was an excellent read. Shows what one person can do to make a real difference in the world that lasts after death.

this book starts with the lives of 2 very opposite people & I could identify with both men at different times in their lives. God brings them together & His work is PERFECT

This book is well written and holds your attention throughout. In fact, though I have little time to read, I could hardly put it down. It has its emotional moments, but I love true stories. This one illustrates the wonderful people we have in this country.
