Very good in red cloth covered boards with gilt text on the spine. An octavo measuring 8 1/2" by 7" with slight fading around the edges of the boards. In a poor dust jacket with many tears, chips and separated parts all carefully reassembled with archival tape. 94 pages of text and black and white photographs of the downtown area of Essex, Connecticut.

Overall good copy of this title. Excellent read. A good book to enjoy and keep on hand. Or would make a great gift for the fan / reader in your life. Some foxing on interior spine and dust cover. Dj is present, but slightly worn and slightly discolored. Photos are beautiful, suitable for framing.
