New Knowledge from 1943

This book thoroughly details the way to plant and harvest without ploughing - without commercial fertilisers - without, especially, destroying the soil through ploughing. Mr. Faulkner's thorough and well-written book could go a long way towards saving agriculture in this country. He would lead us back to sustainable methods, into more harmonious ways of farming. Produce would be healthier and more nutritious. THIS BOOK IS AN EYE-OPENER! Read about Joel Salatin and his Polyface Farm in Swoope, Virginia, to see what can happen when Mr. Faulkner's ideas are put into practice.
