Fads can Fade Away
This book gives a comprehensive review of the new Atkins diet, the science behind it and the step by step approach to following it. Folks, this is THE premier program in the world! The guidelines have been refined from the 70's diet and the great thing is that you are never hungry. I lost 20 lbs. in the first 4 weeks on the program and already have more energy and enthusiasm.
