Softcover book is in Good condition with a tight binding and mostly clean pages with some soiling in the bottom border area of the first 12 pages-none of this soiling effects any written words. There are a couple of red squiggles inside the front cover. The front cover has "5.1" written in the top right hand corner area with "L.5.1 P.6" written in the top right hand corner of the first page. There are some bent page corners at the top and bottom of some pages mainly toward the back of the book. Outside covers show some wear to include corners and edges-there is a larger crease to the top left corner of the back cover.
