A must read!

This is a great tome for any history-buff interested in how the early 20th century affected the latter part of that century and beyond. I was amazed with the clarity and detail the author shows along with the knowledge and research done while making this read like a thriller novel of the events, activities, characters, idiosyncracies and philosophies played out in that one year. I could not put this book down.
