My favorite Italian cookbook
I just love this cookbook. I must have most of Marcella Hazan's cookbooks, and this is my favorite so far. Her potatoes with fish, Genoese style, is the best recipe for roasted potatoes I have ever found. She is, by far, my favorite author of Italian cookbooks.
