Fair. Book has heavy reading bend to front cover, lesser bends to back cover, . Book is well read but remains a good reading copy with all of the pages and binding intact. The spine has bends and the cover has wear from reading including rubbing and bends. May h.

Very good in fair dust jacket. Sewn binding. Cloth over boards. 459 p. Audience: General/trade. IMAGE OF BOOK CORRECT. 1.5 inch spine is burg/white and the books is beautiful, but there is a tear at the very top of the spine, butting off part of the title and extending to 5 x3 inches of the top of the back. Cream colored physical. Note the endpaper maps are wonderful with front being Calif. and Nev and back being Utah and Colorado. The artwork is done is a forest green/gray and greenish lettering. Book is edited by Lewis Gannett. Original page count.
