Very good. No dust jacket. xvii, 414 p. : ill.; 21 cm. Includes: Illustrations, Portraits. These memoirs were written after the author returned from Calcutta, a part of them taking place in India, and most taking place within fashionable people in London, 414 pages with index. B/w engravings or woodcuts frequent in pages. The endpapers are blue with maps. Binding has a blue marbled paper surface, ¾, and a burgundy spine with gilt lettering at the spine. This comes with its black slipcase. 5-1/2 x 8. Very good condition with no wear to keep it from a better condition.
