This book touches on many aspects of Buddhism, but nicest of all, it offers ways to live life with a clearer focus of cause, whether you are religious or not. I am not a Buddhist, but I got so much out of this book that I bought a second copy to give to a friend, also a non-Buddhist.
The sections on how to improve our lives in a Buddhist manner are interesting too, even if not your cup of tea. This book shows ways how without a whole lot of effort we can all "live our life in a better way."
I highly recommend this book to anyone who thinks there must be more to life but is just not sure how to get it. I have read many of the Dalai Lama's books, and this is one of the best.
