This is a wonderful and enjoyable read for those in or aspiring to pursue leadership. I found the principles mapped out to be very readible. The illustrations are contemporary and can prove to be extremely relevant to our lives. Overall it is both challenging and connective, two qualities needed to advance leadership to the next level.
