This book has a wealth of information on using the crock-pot to cook vegetarian. While I have not yet tried any of the recipes, I have learned a lot just from reading the chapter on the basics of vegetarian crock-pot cooking and am looking forward to trying most of them. It also contains recipes and info on everything from appetizers to hot punch. Try it! I think you will like it.

Good Starter Book
This is a good book if you need ideas for what to make in your crockpot and you are vegetarian/vegan. However, if you are more experienced you may just use it for base ideas....but nonetheless good to have around.
