An older (1969) but very nice book---no marks or tears; clean and tight. Cover in very nice condition. Jacket has neatly mended small chips and tears, looks fairly nice. Upper front flap is clipped.

Light erasure mark on fourth text page. Red boards with white lettering. Cover shows light wear, ends of spine gently bumped. Dust jacket has large inch by two piece missing from lower corner of front panel, chipping to edges and spine. Rear panel of DJ has pencil marks from previous owner. States First Edition with both Doubleday & Company and Jr. Literary Guild imprint on copyright page.; B&W and Color Illustrations.
