Book has clean pages, but there is some fading on the front panels and two, centimeter-long waterstain on the bottom left of front panel; bumped corners and mild chipping on head of spine.
Very Good. Oblong 8vo-over 7¾"-9¾" Tall. SIGNED 96 pages. SIGNED, without inscription, by both authors. Pictorial history of Richmond, Virginia in the first quarter of the 20th century as revealed in photographs by the Foster Studio. Almost all of the photographs were previously unpublished. The book is clean and tight, with a short crease in the corner of the rear cover and a small faint stain in the bottom margin of the front cover.
