Hardback-pictorial paper-covered boards, green cloth spine. 67 pages. Condition: Good; bookplate on front pastedown is also a cute poem. Previous owner gift inscription on half title page. A bit of age spotting to book edges just touches the edge of a couple pages. Otherwise pages are clean with no markings. A few small edge tears not affecting text; two larger tears affect 2 of the full-page illustrations. Cover has some chipping with wear and chipping to edges and exposed corners. Spine ends bumped. Hinges are intact and pages secure. Hardcover.

Book is in VERY GOOD condition with paper boards over 1/2" light green cloth binding. Cover art shows 3 boys fishing from small boat under moonlight. Book's spine tips, edges and corners are bumped and worn. There are thin scratches and rubbing to covers mostly evident on back cover. Pictorial endpapers show children dancing in a circle across both pages. There is a small black stamp that says "Gift of St. Albums School" on left front EP. Small pencil of previous owner on top right corner of front right endpaper and next page. Book is in exceptional condition especially for 75 years old!
