This is an amazing book. I am using it in conjunction with Nourishing Traditions a book also written by the same women. It is full of excellent workable information to help turn your life around with food and diet. It is something that a lot of people probably would not read or believe given what we are told by the media and doctors about cholesterol and health issues. But i have found it to be very helpful and so far the only thing that has worked for me to lose weight, gain so much energy and stay focused on the right kinds of foods. Truly a benefit to all who will read and apply the information to their lives.
