It's hard to find a good book (or any book) on running form and technique. There's plenty of training guides written on how to train for a marathon, or other race, what splits you should run (Run More Run Faster, and Daniels Guide are excellent for this), but nobody tells you HOW to run.
This book is easy to read, as useful information is spread out and the author intersperses plenty of "Chi" hype amongst the techniques discussed. The beginning is slow as he talks about his background to discovering Chi, but once he gets going on what to do, it seems he can't stop!
Be ready to get up from your seat and try the various exercises he advises you do on the spot. Focus is on how you feel, paying attention to your body, using gravity, and what to think about while running. Physics of running is also discussed and how it supports his techniques (it's not all just spiritual mumbo jumbo).
Basically, if you intend on running for long, get this now. It'll help you develop better form to keep you running for years without injury.
