Excellent information but could be written better

The book has a very long intro on why breathing is so important for us...too long for somebody who already knows this things. But usefull for beginers. The breathwalk programs are only at the end. To properly folow them u have to flip to different pages to join all the steps of each walk which is time consuming and does require some patience. I made my own notes which is probably best thing to do. Very usefull book, great breathwalks (they realy work!) but not written in the best possible way for a modern fast life reader.
