This is by far the best book on exercise that I have ever read.
It shows the latest results from the science of exercise and fitness. It goes deep into cellular level of how the body works. But, in an accessible and readable way.
It demonstrates the best and most effective way to exercise and improve you body.
I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is wanting to improve their body - and their lives. I'm buying copies of it for my friends.
The book is very comprehensive and readable. The information is not new just not well known. I'll know in a couple of months how well it works for me.
