I've read nearly the entire first edition since, as well as an indispensable reference for bioconjugations because of its easily understanding protocols, it's full of clear explanations about basic concepts in biochemistry, updated bibliography and suggestions for everyday lab works and special situations. This edition is still more covering and updated as to new conjugation methods. Indispensable reference handbook for laboratory biochemists and molecular biologists.
