BH&G paperback New cookbook
This is great little book for cooking. There are so many good recipes, tried and true. Worth getting one. This one I purchased is to replace the one I have been using for some 25 years. The one I just bought was inexpensive, in very good condition, and the merchant sent it to me quickly and effeciently. Nice.

Wedding shower gift.
I married my husband 50 years ago, and it has been for the most part a really good marriage. I received this cook book as a bridal shower gift. I knew nothing about cooking, although my mother was a accomplished cook, I just never had any interest in learning. However necessity will soon take over and you must learn or you will have some real problems in a marriage. This cook book became a bible to me. Over the years my original copy became torn & worn. Some whole sections were almost unuseable. I was so very happy in finding a like new copy on your web site, and I so appreciate the wide array of books you offer. I use you to order my Grand daughters text books for college. Thank You

Every kitchen should have this one
It has all sorts of recipes from the basic ones to the more elaborate. It shows the basic staples every kitchen should have - very helpful to the inexperienced cook. It has very imaginative recipes for the cook who is bored with the everyday same ol', same ol'. The Navy uses this cookbook when teaching their cooks. Every kitchen should have this cookbook.

Great cookbook. Gave same book to all my adult children and stocking up on them for when grandchildren can work a stove.
