Very good. a crease on the back cover. very faint beginning of foxing on the book edges. else clean and unmarked. glued binding. 245, we are told, of unnumbered pages. the last 3 pages list all the poems and attempts to give the date or period of their first publication. Audience: General/trade. this book reprints every poem olson (1910-1970) wished published from all his books, with the exception of "the maximus poems". on the back cover william carlos williams is quoted: "a major poet with a sweep of understanding, a feeling for other men that staggers me." few poets would not want that said of them.
