Very Good / Good. Apparently an ex-library copy but with no library marking--just tape stains visible on both jacket and book, with a 'pull' on the surface of the back book cover from tape removal. This is a nice reading copy only. Octavo, 8 1/4" tall, 186 pages, green boards. A very good clean hardcover first edition overall with light shelf wear; hinges and binding tight, paper cream white, but glue stains to the rear endpaper, short tape marks to the exterior cover, and a blush of foxing to the fore-edges and endpapers. In a good+, lightly edgeworn and lightly rubbed dust jacket, with the original price, but with foxing stains especially visible on the back panel.
Good in good dust jacket. 1986. 263 pages. This is an ex-Library book. Blue pictorial jacket covering green cloth boards with red lettering. Pages remain bright with light foxing to text block edge and inscription to the rear pastedown. Moderate cracking to the front hinge exposing netting causing board to be limp. Binding is firm with light corner bumping to the boards and shelf wear to the spine. Unclipped jacket has light edge wear all round and creasing to the covers. Spine has light scuffing to the ends.
